Ryo Ashi Tomoe Nage

Ryo-ashi-tomoe-nage - Two legged Circle Throw

Ryo-ashi-tomoe-nage is another of the kokusai-shiai-waza that is best described with the name broken down - quite simply ryo-ashi (Two-legged) Tomoe-nage. Basically, as tori attempts a Tomoe-nage, the resistance of uke prevents the first throw and so a second leg is added to the throw to complete the technique.
