Mae-hiza-ura-nage (mae-hiza-uranage) - Forward Knee Rear Throw

Mae-hiza-ura-nage (Listed as Mae-hiza-uranage) is simply a classic ura-nage, but with the knee for assistance. Due to the use of the knee, it is unlikely that you will get anywhere near the height of a classic ura-nage.
