Ippon Seoi Nage

Ippon-seoi-nage - One Armed Shoulder Throw

Ippon-seoi-nage, a throw often shown incorrectly as being similar to O-goshi

To perform, this technique from a standard right handed grip, let go of the lapel and turn in clockwise, with your now free right handed placed under the armpit of you opponent at your elbow (you should be able to clamp your opponents arm with your bicep and forearm). Bending your legs, with your back flat against your opponent, lean forward and straighten your legs. With your opponent on your back, drop your right shoulder to the ground, throwing your opponent of your back to the ground.

As with Morote-seoi-nage, this technique is known as Seoi-nage in the Kodokan Gokyo.
