New session at Rayleigh Akitas - 'fun in the Spirit of Judo' to include the under 5's; this session is unlinked to any association and helps give our youngesters the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the discipline, fun and the spirit of judo suitable to their age without including them in activities not suitable to those younger than the age of a Kano student!
